This was a great interview! Helping others focus on their strengths is a passion in my life, I enjoy learning and growing in that area. Thank you for sharing.

    Wow! Really inspirational.

Loved this interview! Thank you Marcus. I am passionate about strengths psychology and use it daily in my own live and with my coaching clients. In “Find Your Strongest Life” I am: Teacher / Advisor. In “StandOut” I am: Teacher / Influencer. And in “StrengthsFinder 2.0” I am: Arranger / Responsibility / Empathy / Achiever Maximizer.

I find it useful to be aware of these different aspects of myself and my clients, and pland to add StandOut to my tool kit. I especially liked your concept of “dynamic coaching” with StandOut.

I love how relaxed Marcus sounds in this interview. And appreciative of the host’s opening questions asking him to give some background on his early work with Don Clifton on StrengthsFinder. It’s clear Marcus had great admiration for Dr Clifton.

The strengths revolution continues to blossom! The strengths guru’s Clifton, Seligman, and Buckingham continue to inspire me. Really excited about Standout taking the strengths assessment to Prescriptive even though Strengths Finder 2.0 does give top 10 idea’s for action for each strength. Standout does simplify to top 2 roles versus 5, making application for strengths more Focused. My top 5 in Strengths Finder 2.0 are Focus, Individualization, achiever, command, and competition. My top 2 roles in Standout are Connector and Provider. Like Marcus I’m focused on the dynamic coaching process of applying our strengths to great leadership in the workplace. So enjoyed and hungry for more interviews like this. A strong thanks!
