If the answer is, ‘Nothing would happen,’ then obviously the conclusion is to stop doing it.”

Well, it’s always amazing to see how Peter had the right thoughts/ideas/conclusions which were valid back then – and even now, decades later.

When I had classes with Peter in Claremont (class of 1991) I didn’t clearly understand all his thoughts at that time. Sometimes I asked myself in the class “well, what has this to do with Management? I want to learn “wisdom” from Peter, so I can be a top manager”

Well, now +20 years later, with enough experience in business and dealing with people in organisations, I understand Peters’ thoughts more and more. He sure was a “genius and management-guru”.

I am glad that I had the privilege to get to know Peter Drucker personally.
